Time for a shave
I had a lazy weekend. I deserved it. I read the papers (some anyway) for the first time in ages. Now, we all know that too much work makes Jack a dull boy but when there's work you've got to take it. I'm staying positive, I don't know what work I'll have in 6 months but I'm focussing on the good things. For instance I'm away from my family for 3 days but I'm working in a vibrant city and with a great bunch of people. I travel early but I've seen some beautiful sunrises. It's money in the bank for our family holiday in Spain in a few weeks. ...and I get to take more pictures from high up!
I'm also feeling a bit sluggish, not doing enough exercise. I've not played football with Rob and the boys for weeks due to a groin strain (sorry if theres too much info here) but after a visit to the docs it turns out to be a hernia! Bloody hell. Apparently the op is a quckie, possibly in and out same day. However I'm a hairy fella and it may take most of the day to shave me(if they know where to stop). Quite looking forward to that bit. Hoping for a 23 year old female nurse but knowing my luck I'll get a sweaty Turkish wrestler with a switch blade. Wonder if it'll remind me of pre puberty. Might be a good time to get a tattoo.
